1/3cRed wine vinegar
1/2tsDry mustard
1/2ts;Sugar
1ts;Black pepper
1/2ts;White pepper
1/2ts;Salt
1tbParsley; minced
2tsGarlic; minced
4cCanola salad oil

Mix the dry ingredients with the vinegar. Add minced parsley and garlic and blend in the oil. Refrigerate.
