Sun-dried tomatoes, drained | ||

2 | tb | Toasted pine nuts or chopped |
Walnuts | ||
2 | tb | Herbed olive oil |
2 | tb | Balsamic vinegar |
3 | c | Chopped salad greens |
Salt and pepper to taste | ||

In large mixing bowl, toss all ingredients. Makes 4 servings.
