Title: Pickled Horseradish

Yield: 1 Cup
1 | c | Finely ground horseradish |
Root (use finest blade) | ||
1 1/2 | ts | Brown sugar |
3 | tb | Vinegar |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
Combine ingredients, and let stand overnight before using. It will be hot, very hot, for several days so go easy. Makes 3/4 cup.
