Title: Pickled Horseradish

1cFinely ground horseradish
  Root (use finest blade)
1 1/2tsBrown sugar
3tbVinegar
1/2tsSalt

Combine ingredients, and let stand overnight before using. It will be hot, very hot, for several days so go easy. Makes 3/4 cup.
