Title: Raisin Sauce (For Ham)

1/3 | c | Raisins |
1/2 | c | Wate |
1/3 | c | Currant jelly |
1/2 | ts | Orange peel; grated |
1/2 | c | Orange juice |
2 | tb | Sugar, brown; firmly packed |
1 | tb | Cornstarch |
ds | Salt | |
ds | Allspice, ground |
Combine raisins, water, jelly, orange peel, and orange juice in saucepan; bring to a boil. Combine remaining ingredients; stir into orange mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and clear. Serve warm over ham.
