Title: Horseradish - Chive Butter - Sl 11/86

Yield: 1 Cups
1 | c | Butter; softened |
1/4 | c | Fresh of frozen chives; chopped |
2 | tb | Prepared horseradish |
Combine all ingredients. Spoon into butter molds, if desired. CHill until ready to serve. Invert molds and press gently to remove butter. Serve butter at room temperature with smoked turkey.
