Title: Horseradish - Chive Butter - Sl 11/86
Categories: Sauce Southern Check
Yield: 1 Cups

1cButter; softened
1/4cFresh of frozen chives; chopped
2tbPrepared horseradish

Combine all ingredients. Spoon into butter molds, if desired. CHill until ready to serve. Invert molds and press gently to remove butter. Serve butter at room temperature with smoked turkey.
