Title: Lemon Herb Seasoning Salt Substitute

Yield: 1 Servings

4 1/2tbDried basil
3 1/4tbDried oregano
1 1/2tbFinely ground black pepper
1 1/2tbDried onion flakes
1 1/2tbWhole celery seed
1 1/4tbPowdered basil
1/2tsGarlic powder
1/2tsGrated lemon rind

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl. Toss gently with spoon until well blended just before using. (For a more lemony flavor, add fresh lemon juice). Store in an air-tight container in a cool, dry, dark place for up to 6 months. Makes 1 cup.

This seasoning is good on fish, poultry and salads.
