1tbButter or margarine
1 1/2tsParsley flakes
1/2tsSalt
1/4tsOregano leaves
1tbLemon juice

Place rice, water, butter and herbs in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer 20-25 minutes. Stir in lemon juice. Serve. Makes 4 servings.
