1 | c | Uncooked rice |
2 | c | Water |
1 | tb | Butter or margarine |
1 1/2 | ts | Parsley flakes |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Oregano leaves |
1 | tb | Lemon juice |
Place rice, water, butter and herbs in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer 20-25 minutes. Stir in lemon juice. Serve. Makes 4 servings.
