1/2 | c | Onions; chopped |
1 | cn | Cream of celery soup |
3 | oz | Cream cheese; cut into cubes |
3 | c | Ore Ida Hash Browns, to 4 cups (can also use Potatoes O'Brie |
1/3 | c | Cheddar cheese; shredded |
Preheat oven to 400. Grease a 1 qt casserole dish. In saucepan, over
medium heat, cook onion in 1 T margarine until tender. Stir in soup and
cream cheese cubes; cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and hot. In
casserole, alternatively layer frozen potatoes and hot cream sauce ending
with a sauce layer. Cover and bake 45 minutes or until sauce in bubbly and
potatoes are tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Source:
