Title: Herbed Cheese Mashed Potatoes

3 | lb | Potatoes; peeled & quartered |
1/4 | c | Margarine |
3/4 | c | Green onions; sliced |
1 | tb | Basil; chopped |
1 | tb | Chives; chopped |
1 | tb | Dill; chopped |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
1 1/2 | c | Cheddar cheese; shredded |
1/2 | c | Milk |
In large pot of boiling salted water, cook potatoes 20 to 25 minutes or
until tender. Drain in colander. Add margarine and green onions to cooking
pot; cook over medium heat 1 minute. Stir in basil, chives, dill, salt and
pepper. Return drained potatoes to pot over low heat. Add cheddar cheese
