Title: Golden Potato Nuggets

1 1/2 | c | Dry bread crumbs |
1 | ts | Onion powder |
1 | ts | Chili powder |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
3 | lb | Potatoes, cut into quarters |
1/2 | c | Melted butter |
Preheat oven to 350F. In a medium sized bowl, combine the bread crumbs, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper. Dip the potato quarters into the butter and then roll in the crumb mixture. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 60 minutes, or until light brown and fork-tender.
