7 | Or 8 red potatoes (golf ball | |

1/3 | pk | Baby carrots |
Montreal Steak Seasoning to | ||
Taste | ||
1 | Red bell pepper (optional) | |
1/3 | Stick of butter |
Quarter and steam potatoes until done but firm. Steam carrots until just done. Roll cut zuchinni. Cut onion and pepper in 1 inch pieces. Melt 1/3 stick of butter. Sprinkle steak seasoning on veggies (to taste) and toss in butter.Put in cast iron skillet and bake, turning frequently, at 350 to 375 degrees F for about 45 minutes.
NOTE: Any good steak seasoning will do.
