4 | lg | Baking potatoes |
1/4 | c | Olive oil |
2 | tb | Butter; melted |
(See also: Herb Salt; use 2 teaspoons.) Preheat oven to 450~. Cut potatoes
lengthwise into 3/4x3/4-inch fries. Pat dry. Mix olive oil and butter.
Lightly brush large baking sheets with some of mixture. Arrange potatoes on
sheets, spacing evenly. Brush potatoes with remaining mixture. Bake
potatoes until light brown, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Herb Salt.
Continue baking until tender and browned, about 10 minutes. Serve
immediately.
