Title: Flavored Olives

1 | Lemon | |
1 | c | Green Sicilian olives |
1 | c | Kalamata olives |
1 | c | Oil cured black olives |
3 | sm | Whole dried chilies |
1 | tb | Olive oil |
1 | ts | Fennel seeds, crushed |
1/2 | ts | Thyme |
1/4 | ts | Coarse grind black pepper |
1 | Bay leaf |
Squeeze enough juice from lemon to make 1 tablespoon and cut 4 strips zest. Combine with other ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.
Spoon into sterilized wide mouth jars. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
Per 1/8 cup: 110 cal., 2g pro., 10g fat, 5g carb., 675mg sod., 0mg chol., 2 1/3 fat exchanges.
