Drained | ||
2 | tb | Fresh orange juice |
1 | tb | Light brown sugar |
1/4 | ts | Cinnamon |
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/8 | ts | Black pepper |
Combine all ingredients and cook until carrots are glazed over high heat, about 2 minutes.
