1/4 | c | Brown sugar |
1/2 | Stick butter |
Cut carrots in slices aprox. 1/4" thick, boil or steam til tender. Drain water and put carrots back in pot. Add butter and brown sugar and cover. Heat from carrots should be enough to melt butter and sugar, Wait 5 minutes, and serve.
