Title: Sweet or Hot Pepper Freezing

1. Choose shapely, firm, evenly colored peppers.
2. Cut out the stems; remove seeds of sweet peppers.
3. Leave whole, cut in half, slice, or dice. It's not necessary to blanch peppers.
4. Tray freeze or pack into containers. Seal, label, and freeze.
5. Add frozen chopped pepper to uncooked or cooked dishes, or cook about 5 minutes.
