Title: Garlic Parmesan Mashed Potatoes

3 | cl | Garlic, unpeeled |
Water to cover | ||
4 | c | Frozen mashed potatoes |
2 | c | Skim milk |
1 | Egg yolk, lightly beaten | |
1/2 | c | Grated Parmesan |
Boil water and garlic 10-15 minutes until soft and tender. When cool enough to handle, remove skins and mash.
Combine frozen potatoes, milk and garlic in saucepan. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add egg yoke and cook 1 minute longer, stirring. Stir in cheese; let stand a minute or two.
