Title: Garlic Roasted Potatoes

3 | tb | Melted butter |
3 | tb | Olive oil |
4 | cl | Garlic, minced |
4 | md | Baking potatoes, cut in 1" |
Pieces | ||
1/4 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Pepper |
1/3 | c | Grated Parmesan |
Toss all ingredients except cheese together in a 13X9X2" metal pan. Bake at 500F 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese, bake another 5 minutes.
