Title: Peta Lentil Carrot Burgers

Yield: 10 Servings

1/4cOnion; finely chopped
1/4cGrated carrots
1/4cWater
3cCooked lentils, mashed
2tbFresh parsley; chopped
3tbTomato paste
3/4cBread crumbs
  ;salt to taste
  ;oil for frying

Cook the onion and carrot in the water until tender, about 10 mins. Drain of excess water, then combine the onion and carrot with the remaining ingredients except oil.
