Title: Coconut Sticks - Joann Rachor

Yield: 1 Servings
1 1/4 | c | Whole wheat flour |
1/2 | c | Quick or rolled oats |
1 | ts | SWEETENER |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
2 | tb | Coconut |
1/4 | c | NUTS OR SEEDS |
3/4 | c | Water |
Blend oats until fine. Remove from blender. Blend remaining ingredients, except flour, until smooth. Stir together all ingredients. Knead for 1 minute. Pinch off 1 tablespoon dough. Roll between hands to make stick 2-3" long. Bake on oiled cookie sheet at 350F. for 25 minutes.
