Title: Millet Tomato Loaf - Joann Rachor

1 | c | Millet, uncooked |
1 | c | Tomato juice |
1 | md | Onion, quartered |
1/2 | c | NUTS OR SEEDS |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Sage |
1/2 | ts | Savory or marjoram |
3 | c | Tomato juice |
1/2 | c | Chopped olives, optional |
In a 2-qt. casserole, combine the 3 cups tomato juice with the millet nad olives. BLEND sommth remaining ingredients. Stir into casserole. Cover and bake at 350F. for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remove from oven, take lid off and let sit 10 minutes before serving.
