1 1/4 | c | SOAKED GARBANZOS |
1 | c | Water |
1/2 | c | Canned tomatoes or tomato |
Juice | ||
1/3 | c | NUTS OR SEEDS |
1/3 | c | YEAST FLAKES |
3/4 | c | Cornmeal |
1/4 | c | Lemon juice |
1 | sm | Onion |
1 | cl | Garlic |
1/4 | ts | Sage |
1 | ts | Celery salt |
3/4 | ts | Salt |
1/3 c chopped olives, optionalBLEND smooth all ingredients except cornmeal and olives. Stir these into blended items. Pour into an oiled 1-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350F. for 60 minutes. Let cool in
The dish. Slice. Try with SUNSEED SPREAD, SPROUTS, Chopped tomatoes all inside
Pita bread. Or cube and put In salads. Or in a tomato sauce for pizza, Lasagna
or vegetables. Or drop cubes in green beans. Or as stuffing for celery.
