When using an air popper have a mist spray bottle filled with salted water (1 c. water and 2 1/2 Tb. salt.) As corn pops to the top of the popper spray it lightly. Be careful not to soak the popped kernals. The hot air will evaporate the water. Shake the bottle frequently during use. This method is very acceptable, but by further heating the popcorn, it will be
very crispy. Here are two methods:
1. Oven Method: Put popped corn on a cookie sheet in a hot oven for a few minutes. Watch for burning.
2. Microwave Method: Pop corn directly into a medium sized paper grocery bag. After popping is complete, spray corn several times (15 times for 1/2 cup unpopped corn.) Shake bag while spraying.
