Title: Scalloped Potatoes - Joann Rachor

Yield: 1 Servings

8cSliced potatoes
1 Recipe WHITE SAUCE
3 1/2cWater
1cTo 1 1/2 CHEESE SAUCE WITH
  PIMENTO, optional

Clean and peel potatoes. Slice thinly, about 1/8". Put potatoes and 3 1/2 cups water in a large flat saucepan. Boil to just partially cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain and put in a 13x9" baking dish. Make white sauce and pour over potatoes. Cover dish with foil. Bake at 400F.

30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional. Serve as is or drizle 1-2 cups CHEESE SAUCE made with pimento during the last 20 minutes of baking.
