1 | Recipe for corn mush for | |
Crust. | ||
1 | lb | Natural cheese, cubed |
1/4 | c | Chopped ripe olives |
3 | cl | Garlic, minced |
2 | Onions, chopped | |
1/2 | c | Cooked, chopped chile |
Peppers. | ||
1 | c | Tomatoe sauce |
1 | tb | Refined oil |
1 | tb | Oregano |
1 | Egg, beaten |
Spread mush in an oiled, flat 2 qt. baking dish. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Mix all remaining ingredients together. Spread over hot mush crust. Bake at 350 degrees until set and cheese melts. This is a real winner.
