Title: Hot Fruit Casserole

1cnSliced pineapple, reserve
  Liquid for use in sauce
1cnPeach halaves, reserve
  Liquid for use in sauce
1cnPear halves, reserve liquid
  For use in sauce
1 Jar apple rings, reserve
  Liquid for use in sauce
  Sauce:
1 Stick of butter
2tbFlour, heaping TB
1/2cBrown sugar
1cReserved fruit juices, mixed

Use a shallow long casserole dish. Arrange fruit in layers, with apple rings on top. Cook sauce until thick and smooth. Pour hot sauce over fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Randy Rigg
