Sauce: | ||
1 | Stick of butter | |
2 | tb | Flour, heaping TB |
1/2 | c | Brown sugar |
1 | c | Reserved fruit juices, mixed |
Use a shallow long casserole dish. Arrange fruit in layers, with apple rings on top. Cook sauce until thick and smooth. Pour hot sauce over fruit. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Randy Rigg
