Title: Blueberry Torte

1 2/3 | Graham Cracker Crumbs | |

2 | cn | Blueberries, reserve juice |
1/4 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
2 | tb | Cornstarch |
1/4 | lb | Butter |
Lemon juice | ||
8 | oz | Cream cheese |
Sweetened whipped cream | ||
1/2 | c | Sugar |
Crush graham crackers or use crumbs. Combine first 3 ingredients and pack in 8 x 12 pan. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup of sugar and eggs, and pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes until light brown and firm. Pour juice of blueberries into saucepan and add 1/4 cup sugar and cornstarch. Then, when thickened, add a little lemon juice and berries and cool. Pour over cooked torte, serve with sweetened cream.
