2 | lb | Ground beef |
1 | md | Onion |
8 | oz | Sliced mushrooms |
2 | 12 oz. can of mixed Chinese | |
Vegetables | ||
Soy sauce to taste | ||
Salt and pepper to taste |
Brown ground beef; drain fat. Add diced onion and mushrooms. Drain Chinese vegetables and add to mixture. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over choice of rice and/or Chinese noodles. Randy Rigg
