Title: Hot Green Pepper Jelly

Yield: 3 Servings

1cGreen pepper
6cSugar
1 1/2cCider vinegar
1 Bottle of Certo
3tbCayenne pepper

Remove seeds from the green peppers. Grind in your blender. Combine with sugar and vinegar and bring to a full boil. Continue cooking 10 minutes. Cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Add Certo and Cayenne pepper. Cool. Add several drops of green food coloring for dark green color. Pour into prepared jars; seal with paraffin. Serve as appetizers. Spread Ritz crackers with cream cheese, then jelly. Randy Rigg
