1 | c | Green pepper |
6 | c | Sugar |
1 1/2 | c | Cider vinegar |
1 | | Bottle of Certo |
3 | tb | Cayenne pepper |
Remove seeds from the green peppers. Grind in your blender. Combine with
sugar and vinegar and bring to a full boil. Continue cooking 10 minutes.
Cool for 5 to 10 minutes. Add Certo and Cayenne pepper. Cool. Add several
drops of green food coloring for dark green color. Pour into prepared jars;
seal with paraffin. Serve as appetizers. Spread Ritz crackers with cream
