1/4 | ts | Paprika |
1/2 | ts | Garlic powder |
1 | pn | Oregano |
1/4 | ts | Chili powder |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/2 | ts | Pepper |
2 | cn | Whole tomatoes |
12 | sl | American cheese |
8 | oz | Mozzarella cheese |
Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain and set aside. Brown
meat and onions. Drain off the fat and set aside. Cut up tomatoes and wash
off seeds. Mix with the tomatoes; Paprika, garlic powder, oregano, chili
powder, salt, and pepper. Cover bottom of the casserole dish with tomato
mixture, layer of noodles, layer of American cheese, layer of Mozzarella
cheese, and layer of ground meat. Repeat. Randy Rigg
