Title: Kielbasa & Meatballs in Beer

Yield: 3 Servings

1 1/2lbGround beef
1/2cBread crumbs
1mdOnion, chopped fine
  Salt to taste
  Pepper to taste
  Pinch of garlic powder
2lbKielbasa, cut in 1/4 inch
  Slices
16ozBeer
1lgBottle of ketchup
3 Peppers, diced
3 Onions, diced
1/2cWater

Mix beer, ketchup, 3 peppers, 3 onions and water in a large pan; add sliced Kielbasa and simmer for 1 hour. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder. Shape into balls. Drop into Kielbasa mixture and simmer another hour. Skim off grease and serve or let cool and reheat slowly before serving. Randy Rigg
