Title: Kielbasa & Meatballs in Beer

1 1/2 | lb | Ground beef |
1/2 | c | Bread crumbs |
1 | md | Onion, chopped fine |
| | Salt to taste |
| | Pepper to taste |
| | Pinch of garlic powder |
2 | lb | Kielbasa, cut in 1/4 inch |
| | Slices |
16 | oz | Beer |
1 | lg | Bottle of ketchup |
3 | | Peppers, diced |
3 | | Onions, diced |
1/2 | c | Water |
Mix beer, ketchup, 3 peppers, 3 onions and water in a large pan; add sliced
Kielbasa and simmer for 1 hour. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt,
pepper, garlic powder. Shape into balls. Drop into Kielbasa mixture and
simmer another hour. Skim off grease and serve or let cool and reheat
