Spread half a can of taco sauce in a 10x8 inch baking dish. Place 2
tortillas, side by side, on the sauce. Spread half the meat on top of
tortillas, spreading evenly. Spread sour cream on top. Pour on other half
of the can of taco sauce. Place 2 more tortillas on the taco sauce. Spoon
on another half can of taco sauce. Spread the remaining meat on evenly.
Sprinkle on half the grated cheese. Place the last 2 tortillas on top. Pour
on remaining taco sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover casserole
and bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Let
stand 5 minutes after removing from the oven. Randy Rigg
