Title: Pasta with Meat Sauce

7ozBox of baby macaroni shells
1lbGround beef
1clGarlic, minced
1 Onion, chopped
1/2cDry red wine
1cnTomatoes, 1 lb. 13 oz.
6ozCan of tomato paste
1/2cChopped parsley
1cWater
1tsDry basil
1tsOregano
1tsSalt
1/2tsPepper
  Grated Parmesan cheese

Brown meat, onion and garlic together. Add wine, tomatoes, water and paste. Add chopped parsley, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Pour sauce over cooked baby shells and top with cheese. We prepare the sauce the day before and keep it in the fridge until ready to use. Heat well before serving. Randy Rigg
