Title: Sausage & Squash Casserole

1 | lb | Bulk pork sausage |
1 | cl | Garlic, crushed |
4 | c | Sliced yellow squash |
1/2 | c | Dry bread crumbs |
1/2 | c | Grated Parmesan cheese |
1/2 | c | Milk |
1 | tb | Chopped parsley |
1/2 | ts | Whole oregano |
1/2 | ts | Salt |
2 | Eggs, beaten |
Saute sausage, squash and remaining ingredients; blend well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Randy Rigg
