2 | c | Velveeta cheese, cubed |
2 | c | Pineapple, save the juice |
1/2 | c | Chopped nuts |
1 | c | Miniature marshmallows |
1 | tb | Butter |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
2 | tb | Flour |
1 | | Egg |
Mix together the cheese cubes, pineapple chunks, chopped nuts and
marshmallows. In a saucepan, melt the butter; add sugar, flour and 1 cup
pineapple juice, adding enough lemon juice to equal 1 cup. Cook sauce
slightly to a boil. Gradually add the egg which has been well beaten. The
sauce should thicken. Let sauce cool completely before pouring over cheese
