Title: Sour and Pungent Soup

1/4lbUncooked chicken breast,
  Sliced into thin strips
1/4lbLean pork, sliced into thin
  Strips
4cChicken broth, fresh or
  Canned
3cWater
  Thickening:
3tbCorn starch
4tbWater
  Sauce mix:
1tbSalt
1tbSherry
1 Scallion cut into strips
1/2cWhite vinegar or lemon
  Juice
2tsPepper
1slGinger, diced
1/8tsMSG, (optional)

Bring chicken broth and water to a boil in a deep pan. Add chicken and pork to broth and boil for 20 minutes. Add sauce and mix thoroughly.Add thickening and stir until smooth, (about 1 minutes) Serve quickly.
