Title: Cheese and Rice Casserole

2 1/2 | c | Brown Rice, cooked |
3 | Green Onions (scallions), | |
Chopped | ||
1 | c | Lowfat Cottage Cheese -or- |
Hoop Cheese | ||
1 | ts | Dried Dill |
1/4 | c | Parmesan Cheese, grated |
1/2 | c | Lowfat Milk |
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into a lightly oiled casserole. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
