4 5 oz chicken breasts halves skinned and boneless
2lgCrushed cloves of garlic
1mdOnion, chopped
1/2cRice vinegar
1/4cLow sodium soy sauce
2 Bay leaves
1/4cWater
1tsSugar
1/8tsFresh black pepper, ground

1. Rinse chicken pieces and place in large pot. Add all other remaining ingredients, and pour over chicken to cover. Cover the pot and simmer for 1 hour or until the chicken is very tender. Remove the bay leaves and serve with a small amount of marinade.
