Title: Schinken Rolle (Ham Loaf)

2	c	Cooked Ham -- Chopped
2/3	c	Bread Crumbs
2		Eggs
2	tb	Chopped Onions
2	tb	Chopped Parsley
2	tb	Chopped Celery
1/4	ts	Salt
1	c	Milk
2	tb	Butter -- Melted
3	tb	Catsup

Mix ingredients and place into buttered loaf pan. Bake 30 minutes in 350 F oven. Unmold carefully. Can be served warm or cold. Serves 8.
