Title: Greens with Dijonnaise Vinaigrette +++

2 | tb | Light mayonnaise |
2 | tb | Red wine vinegar |
1 | tb | Dijon mustard |
1 | Clove Garlic | |
pn | Salt, pepper and granulated | |
Sugar | ||
3 | tb | Olive oil |
14 | c | Assorted greens |
In small bowl or measuring cup, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar. Gradually whisk in olive oil. (Dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to 4 hours. Whisk to recombine.) Place greens in salad bowl. Pour dressing on top; toss gently to coat.
