10 | oz | Pork fat |
1 | ts | Black pepper |
Handful snipped chives | ||
pn | Cayenne | |
1 | tb | Parsley, minced |
1/2 | ts | Marjoram, crushed |
1/4 | ts | Coriander, ground |
1/2 | ts | Summer savory, crushed |
1/4 | ts | Nutmeg |
Grind meat and fat together finely. Mix all ingredients, along with a few drops of warm water. Form patties and wrap, then freeze.
