10ozPork fat
1tsBlack pepper
  Handful snipped chives
 pnCayenne
1tbParsley, minced
1/2tsMarjoram, crushed
1/4tsCoriander, ground
1/2tsSummer savory, crushed
1/4tsNutmeg

Grind meat and fat together finely. Mix all ingredients, along with a few drops of warm water. Form patties and wrap, then freeze.
