GAMMON, NUT & FRUIT SALAD | ||
Cooked gammon; diced | ||

======= Mix finely chopped cooked gammon with soured cream and mayonnaise. Season with a few drops of worcestershire sauce and salt, and serve with fresh vegetables and crisps. Ham and Gruyere Spread ====================== Mix minced cooked gammon with grated gruyere cheese, softened cream cheese, milk and a few drops of tabasco sauce. Check seasoning, and spread on salt biscuits, or use as a sandwich filling. Glazed Kebabs ============= Alternate chunks of cooked gammon and thick wedges of apple, threaded on kebab skewers. Brush with marmalade mixed with lemon juice and grill until glazed. Ham, Nut & Fruit Salad ====================== Mix diced cooked ham with chopped walnuts or almonds and sliced celery. Moisten with mayonnaise and serve in a halved avocado.
