Title: Grilled Lake Trout with Garlic and Sun Dried Tomato

8 | cl | Garlic |
4 | tb | Parsley |
2 | tb | Sun dried tomatoes |
1 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | c | Olive Oil |
1 1/2 | lb | Lake trout fillet |
Finely mince the garlic, parsley and sun dried tomatos. Sprinkle with salt and stir in the oil. Store, covered in the refrigerator overnight.
Cut the fillet into 4 portions and smear the tomato mixture over them. Grill over medium heat for 4-5 min per side.
