6 | sl | Bacon -- thin |
12 | sl | Lemon |
1/2 | c | Vegetable oil |
Preheat oven to 350~. Wash trout thoroughly and sprinkle inside with 1 1/2 tsp. salt. Place 1 slice bacon and 2 slices lemon inside each. Use toothpicks to hold in place. Brush outside of trout with oil and sprinkle with the remaining salt. Wrap each fish From the recipe files of Carole Walberg
