Title: Trout in Red Wine

for 2 persons. - made in a microwave at 700/750 Watt.
Heat the butter in an oblong microwavepot, uncovered in 1 minute at 700 W.. Do the onion and mushrooms in and heat uncovered 3 min. at 700 W. Add the thymus, the thinned pepperballs, the seasalt and the wine. Heat uncovered during 1 Min. at 700W. Sprinkle the lemon inside and outside of the trout. Put the bacon in the wine and the trout on it. Let cook the trouts covered duriing 10 min. at 400 Watt. Then take the trouts and bacon out of the pot and hold these warm. Stir the cream in the sauce and heat uncovered in 2 min. at 700 Watt. Do the trout and bacon back in the pot, decorate with some fresh thym and serve it.
Remark: When making this I didn't have bacon in house, so I made it without bacon and I found it really delicious. I served normal cooked potato's with and a glass of red wine.
Let taste it well.
