2 | ts | Coarsely ground black pepper |
4 | ts | Paprika |
1 1/2 | ts | Cayenne |
1 | ts | Cinnamon |
1/2 | c | Pomegranate juice |
1 1/2 | ts | Minced garlic |
1 | ts | Dry ginger |
1 | ts | Thyme leaves |
Mix together all ingredients,stuff into casings, and twist into 5-inch lengths.
