Title: Corn Relish Salad

Yield: 8 Servings
3/4 | c | Sugar |
1/2 | c | Vegetable Oil |
1/4 | c | White vinegar |
1/2 | ts | Celery seed |
1/4 | ts | Whole mustard seed |
1 | cn | 16 oz kernel corn, drained |
1 | cn | 16 oz sauerkraut, pressed and drained |
1/2 | c | Chopped green bell pepper |
1/3 | c | Chopped onion |
2 | oz | Diced pimento |
Combine first five ingredients in serving bowl. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, or overnight. Drain and stir before serving. Brand Names
