Title: Cabbage Rolls and Sauerkraut

1 | sm | Onion -- chopped |
1 | lb | Lean ground beef |
2 | Cloves garlic -- minced | |
1 | c | Cooked rice |

1 | Jar (1 lb) chopped tomatoes | |
3 | tb | Lemon juice |
