10	oz	Package frozen spinach
4	oz	Can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2	ts	Salt
1/2	ts	Instant minced onion
	ds	Pepper
1/4	c	Sour cream

Prepare spinach as directed on package, adding mushrooms, onion, salt and pepper with spinach. Drain thoroughly. Stir in sour cream and mix lightly.
