1/2 | c | Butter or margarine |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
2 | x | Eggs |
1/4 | ts | Almond extract |
1/4 | c | Orange juice |
1/2 | ts | Baking soda |
1/8 | ts | Salt |
1/4 | ts | Cinnamon |
2 | c | Flour |
1 | c | Whole berry cranberry sauce |
Melt butter and add to sugar, mixing well. Add eggs, almond extract and
orange juice. Sift together dry ingredients, add to batter and mix just
until blended. Fold in cranberry sauce. Pour into greased loaf pan, bake at
350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out
clean. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
